Local SPT practitioner gathering (New York, US)

During this local session, we will explore walking/movement as a group around the questions: What fire am I tending?  and What does it mean to move "forward" at this time? followed by a debrief.

Meet at the public parking lot by the Gardens For Nutrition, New Paltz NY

From Main Street, turn north on Huguenot Street (right by the Wallkill River). Keep following the river north and bear left toward the public parking. We’ll walk to the Nyquist-Harcourt Sanctuary and practice there.
