A printer appears offline when it can’t communicate with the device. If your Epson printer is Offline, then you should try the below things:
1. First of all, you need to check if your printer and device are connected to the same WiFi.
2. Next, you need to find out if the printer is set to “Use Printer Offline” mode and disable it. To do so, click on the Start button and select Settings. Now click on Devices and then Printers & Scanners option. Navigate to your printer and right-click on it. Make sure the “Use Printer Offline” option is not selected or remove the check from the box if it is.
