Dear Movalogue Tribe,
On Tuesday, October 20th, 2026, my diverse inner cells and voices dialed in across vast landscapes and time zones. We connected from the rocky coastlines of Stockholm and the pre-dawn darkness of Oregon to the volcanic soils of Davik in Iceland, the sunny cliffs of Sintra in Portugal, the autumn gardens of Germany, and the evening stillness of Taiwan.
Guided by our preparatory dialogue with our co-hosts, we gathered around a simple yet radical inquiry: What does it mean to become the Earth body? Each participant brought a physical stone—a piece of the primordial Earth—to serve as an anchor, a teacher, and a witness.
When I look into my diary, I see that I did not experience this gathering as a collection of separate individuals. Rather, I experienced our circle as the diverse, inner parts and voices of a single, living organism.
Here is what I sensed, noticed, and learned as a single, multi-voiced system.
My Mind (What I Curious-Sensed)
Through my collective Mind, I seek to notice where cosmic curiosity plays, where scientific or indigenous insights surprise us, and how we map our deep connection to the living world.
In this call, my mind attuned to the humbling truth that human beings are among the youngest, least experienced expressions of creation—having existed for a mere 0.006% of Earth’s vast 4.5-billion-year history.
We looked together into the illusion of separability that defines modern society—a state of cultural adolescence built on entitlement, supremacy, and the false notion that humans stand at the top of a pyramid above nature. Drawing on indigenous wisdom, Bayo Akomolafe’s reminder that ”the situation is urgent, we need to slow down together,” and Robin Wall Kimmerer’s Gift Economy of the Serviceberry, we remembered that the Earth is not an object (”it”), but a living, conscious, spiritual subject (”who”).
Our mind marveled at the biological reality that our human bodies are made of 30 trillion specialized cells in constant communication. Just as gut bacteria sustain our internal metabolism, our human body is an integral organ within the larger metabolism of the Social Body and the Earth Body. We touched the profound understanding that modernity is in a phase of necessary decay: rather than frantically attempting to invent new systems from our intellect, our primary work is to **compost our old stories with joy**, trusting that out of dying stars and decaying matter, new life is born.
My Heart (What I Felt in Compassion)
Through my collective Heart, I sense the tender spaces of vulnerability, holding our shared moments, brokenness, and tears in a warm, non-judgmental container.
In this call, my heart experienced the quiet, sacred relief of being held by Mother Earth and the Movalogue container. During our check-in, as each part held up a physical stone or sea artifact, we witnessed an extraordinary tapestry of ancient memory:
Stockholm: Brought an empty snail shell and a piece of silk found along the rocky paths of Stockholm;
Oregon: Held up a primordial, egg-shaped geode with a shimmering crystal hidden deep inside, formed under immense ancient pressure in the pre-dawn darkness;
North America: Spoke of the early pre-dawn light on his window, invoking the qualities of *peace*, *tenderness*, and *solace*;
Taiwan: Held two smooth river rocks from France, feeling the warmth of human hands connecting directly with the Earth’s consciousness;
Iceland: Shared a porous volcanic stone filled with white clay residue and wrapped in soft yarn—a gift passed forward from a client;
Berlin: Brought an earthy crystal and celebrated a gentle, soft breakthrough with a coaching client after 13 sessions;
Germany: Arrived alongside the sound of migrating wild geese, holding a heavy, reddish English coastal stone containing fossilized shells of ancient creatures;
Portugal: Brought a 150-million-year-old cliff stone from the coast of Sintra, reminding us that humans have been on Earth for a mere 0.006% of its history, and inviting everyone to bring their “feet back to the floor.”
My heart held the tender wisdom that stones are infinitely generous. As was shared in our circle, you can place any burden, any heartbreak, any anxiety, or any brokenness into a stone, and it accepts it without judgment or condition. In a world fraught with tension, placing our feet on the floor and holding a stone became an act of homecoming. We remembered that caring for the Earth is self-care, and caring for ourselves is Earth-care.
My Will (What Rises in Courage)
Through my collective Will, I sense the rising, creative impulses to move into direct, embodied experience, let go of cognitive control, and co-create from the field.
In this call, my will embodied the courage to drop cognitive grasping and step into the steady, unshakeable presence of the mineral world.
Guided by our co-hosts and practitioners, we dropped into a 15-minute somatic stone dance. Lying flat on the ground or seated in deep stillness, we invited the weight, quality, and ancient presence of our stone into our physical bodies. Allowing thoughts to quiet, we felt a vital, “frothing” energy bubbling up in the midst of rock-like stillness—guiding us spontaneously from the floor through kneeling, until we stood upright on two feet, rooted like mountains between earth and sky.
This vitality spilled into intimate 2–3 person breakout rooms. Across oceans, my parts met in deep connection—so bright that in one practitioner’s pre-dawn room, the darkness gradually yielded until his space literally exploded with morning light!
Returning to the main circle, we harvested our experience through Petra’s evocative Visual Scribing, while one of my parts provided a spontaneous, touching vocal soundtrack by humming a song born directly from her dance. We closed with a one-word check-out and a part holding up a round stone accompanied by a warm, resonant toning sound.
