Creativity and mindfulness in nature - Creatività e consapevolezza in natura

We offer a space for creative and mindful activity in Parco San Rossore, a pearl of bio diversity in between Pisa and the Mediterranean sea.

WHAT WE DO

We will start our trip with a Social Presencing Theatre practice of listening to the self, others and nature; then, we walk in the pathways of the Parco, listening and enjoying the gift it can offer us; in the end, we engage in a Storytelling/Creative Writing activity to gather the insights, and the treasures of our enocunter.

WHY

This meeting is offered as part of the Movalogue, a yearly festival of Social Presencing Theatre worldwide. The Motto this year is Dancing with Earth and its underlying question of How to create nourishing communities?

FOR WHOM

We extend our invitation to people that would like to explore this question with us. No prior experience in Theate or Storytelling is required. Open to all ages (Children under 18 must come with an adult). Facilitation is offered in English and/or Italian.

COSA SI FA

Iniziamo con una pratica di Social Presencing Theatre per ascoltare noi stesse/i, gli altri, la natura; poi, camminiamo nel Parco, ascoltando e accogliendo cio' che ci offre; concludiamo con un'attivita' di Storytelling/Scrittura Creativa per raccogliere i tesori e le intuizioni dell'incontro.

Questo incontro fa parte dell'evento Movalogue, un festival annuale internazionale di Social Presencing Theatre. Il motto di questo anno e' Danzare con la Terra e la sua domanda e': Come creare comunita' rigenerative?

PER CHI

Invitiamo le persone che vogliono esplorare questa domanda con noi. Non e' richiesta esperienza pregressa in Social Presencing Theatre o Storytelling. Aperto a tutte le eta' (bambine/i sotto i 18 anni accompagnate/i). La Facilitazione e' in Inglese e/o Italiano.
